1. Services

Cape Town Blinds provides professional blinds supply and installation services within a 50km radius of Sun Valley, Cape Town.

2. Quotations

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue
• Prices are subject to change based on material costs
• Measurements are subject to final verification at installation
• Quotations are obligation-free

3. Orders & Payment

• Deposit: 50% required on order confirmation
• Balance: 50% due on installation completion
• Payment methods: EFT, cash, credit card
• Cancellation: Orders cancelled after manufacture commenced forfeit deposit

4. Lead Times

• Standard blinds: 7-14 working days
• Motorised systems: 14-21 working days
• Custom/imported products: 21-35 working days
• Lead times are estimates and subject to supplier availability

5. Installation

• Professional installation included in quoted price
• Installation scheduled at customer convenience
• Access to property required during agreed times
• Customer responsible for clearing installation areas
• Minor drilling/mounting damage normal and included

6. Warranties

Product Warranty:

• Manufacturer warranty: 3-5 years (product dependent)
• Covers manufacturing defects and material failures
• Does not cover damage from misuse or accidents

Installation Warranty:

• 12 months workmanship guarantee
• Covers installation-related issues
• Free rectification of installation faults

Exclusions:

• Damage from extreme weather events
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Damage from cleaning with inappropriate products

7. Measurements

• Professional measurement service included
• Customer-supplied measurements used at customer risk
• Remakes due to incorrect customer measurements chargeable

8. Color & Fabric

• Samples provided for color/fabric selection
• Actual products may vary slightly from samples
• Color variations inherent in natural materials
• Fabrics sourced from reputable suppliers

9. Service Area

We service properties within 50km radius of Sun Valley, Cape Town. Areas beyond this radius subject to additional travel fees.

10. Liability

• We maintain public liability insurance
• Not liable for pre-existing property damage
• Not liable for items not removed from installation areas
• Claims must be made within 7 days of installation

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes subject to South African law and Cape Town jurisdiction.
